Return & Shipping
Orders placed before 3:00pm AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be next day.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed once your order
has been shipped.

- We are more than happy to exchange your product if you have made a wrong selection
or changed your mind on the strict conditions that it is:
The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Must have all tags
still attached.
We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an
error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out
of pocket.
IN STORE
Ensure your return meets all the ‘Return Conditions’ above, we have the right to
refuse a return or exchange where the item is not in original, resalable condition.
Upon assessment outcome, you may be given the option of an exchange or
credit note.
If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, there maybe the opportunity to
have the item ordered in for you subject to availability. You may choose to pick up
in store or have the item posted out to you. Any postage costs will be charged to
you.
ONLINE
1. Ensure your return meets all the ‘Return Conditions’ above, we have the right to
refuse a return or exchange where the item is not in original, resalable condition
and your item may be returned to sender.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are not required under the
Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Occasionally as we fulfill orders, items may be damaged or missing
and we only realise at the time we pick your order. This doesn't happen very often, however, if it does we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or a refund.
